Ruth  Bolle

Ruth Bolle

Managing Partner

Ruth heads up Research by Design and has been working with membership clients since 2009. Ruth co-authored the Salesforce Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Research Report: Progressing the Agenda in Professional Membership Associations and has written guest blogs and talked on panels discussing the future direction of the membership sector.

Outside of work, she can often be found with a microphone in hand indulging her love of singing.

Lindsey Nadin

Research Director

Lindsey is the senior Director responsible for our membership clients in the medical/healthcare sector. She has worked for Research Design since 2013.

Lindsey loves travel and photography – she is never happier than when exploring somewhere new with her young family.

Tara O’Hara

Associate Director

Tara is the senior lead on numerous research projects. Having spent much of her career client-side, she intuitively understands the client perspective and ensures this is reflected in project deliverables.

Once quite the thrill-seeker (think bungy jumps and via ferrata), these days she’s more likely to be seen pottering in the garden.

Ben  Harris

Associate Director

Alongside Lindsey and Tara, Ben oversees our clients’ research programmes, working with the junior team as a key touchpoint. Ben has particular experience in student engagement and research with the newer generation of professionals.

When Ben isn’t working, he can be found on a cricket field in the slips, waiting for the cricket tea to be served.
