RCPCH Prize Draw

Full terms and conditions of the RCPCH member survey prize draw are as follows:

Completing this survey does not automatically enter you into the prize draw. At question number X10 you will need to opt in and then further provide your contact details at question X20. Prizes are:

– One 3-day, in-person pass to RCPCH Conference 2024,
Or
– One 3-day, virtual pass to RCPCH Conference 2024.

1. You may only make one entry per person.

2. You must be a member of the RCPCH to take part.

3. The prize includes ticket only, all other costs associated with attendance at the conference are the responsibility of the winner.

4. The prize draw closes at 4.30pm on the 23 February 2024 [updated from 16 February 2024].

5. The survey and prize draw are being run by Research by Design, a contractor working on behalf of The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health.

6. Winners will be chosen at random from those who have entered. Winners will be contacted by email by Research by Design shortly after the survey closes.

7. We reserve the right to replace prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value. We make no representation or warranty in relation to prizes provided and limit any liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, in relation to any prize, its fitness for purpose or otherwise.

8. We reserve the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion. Your entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

9. The Royal College of Paediatric and Child Health reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

10. The prize is non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

11. The promoter’s decision is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
